2025. Coming soon: The Green Nursing Challenge
The Green Nursing Challenge is a CSH led project to support nurses to lead on SusQI. The Challenge has been fully funded by Micro-Tech UK and is working in partnership with The Queen’s Institute of Community Nursing (former Queens Nursing Institute) and the Foundation of Nursing Studies. Outcomes will be shared in October 2025.

2024-25. The Green Maternity Challenge
The first Green Maternity Challenge took place in partnership with RCOG and RCM, funded by SBRI. 9 teams from across England and Scotland undertook SusQI Projects - combined the projects bring projected savings of £860,669 and 101,263 kgCO2e annually, equivalent to the kgCO2e of 778,978 disposable nappies!
