How to Apply for CSH SusQI Beacon Site or Aspiring Beacon Site Status

Beacon site applications may be submitted by health educators, managers, sustainability and quality improvement leads
Applications may be made for a course, a department or an entire institution
A named contact must be provided
Evidence must be provided of how you or your organisation are committed to integrating sustainability into your educational course, or institutional training
(Optional) evidence of how you have/or intend to, integrate sustainability into organisational QI practice
