DR FRANCES MORTIMER
Medical Director
Frances led the development of CSH's principles of sustainable clinical practice and the innovative Sustainable QI project. She has a particular interest in engaging health professionals in clinical transformation and sustainable leadership.

SIOBHAN
PARSLOW-WILLIAMS
QI Education Lead
Siobhan is our QI Education Lead at CSH. She is a registered nurse with a background in emergency nursing, primary care, clinical research delivery, management and teaching. Siobhan graduated from the NIHR Advanced Leadership Programme in 2019.

HAZEL WALSH
Clinical Transformation Programme Manager
Hazel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Osteopathy and a ten year career as an osteopath before moving into a project management of programmes to promote physical activity. Before joining CSH, her most recent consultancy included facilitating primary care video group consultations and providing the support to manage the installation of walking trails to encourage families to be active and enjoy nature on their doorstep.

Rachel Mclean
Green Team Programme Lead
Rachel joined CSH in 2022 as the Green Team programme lead, coaching healthcare teams through a sustainable quality improvement competition, that targets quality of care, staff experience and the financial and environmental outcomes. Rachel has degrees in psychology and speech pathology. She previously worked as a speech and language therapist in London hospitals, specialising in neonatal therapy and parent coaching.

Catherine Richards
SusQI Programme Lead
Catherine joined CSH as the SusQI programme lead in September, 2022. With degrees in Human Psychology and Occupational Therapy, she worked in mental health services in the NHS as an Occupational Therapist before moving into roles within Clinical Governance and Quality Improvement. Catherine completed the IHI Improvement Coach and Improvement Advisor training and in recent years has been working as a QI lead on a range of initiatives. She has recently started studying for an MBA, with a focus on systems leadership within healthcare.
DR ALICE CLACK
QI Education Fellow 2022-2023
Alice is a consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a special interest in Obstetric education in low resource settings
Alice has a background in climate activism and is an active member of doctors for Extinction Rebellion. She is currently working with other Obstetricians and the RCOG to create a movement towards sustainable Obstetric care.
DR VICTORIA
STANFORD
QI Education Fellow 2021-2022
Dr Victoria Stanford is a junior doctor with a Masters in Public Health, with a particular interest in the health system impacts of global climate change. Victoria is an active member of advocacy charity Medact and led their branch in Bristol and its campaign to introduce a clean air zone to tackle air pollution in the city.
